Reception were always polite and friendly, and on the rare occasions when Leah was unavailable for one or two days, we were able to discuss our sale with another staff member, who had a thorough knowledge of where our sale was at. The last point is to be commended – many businesses operate with an attitude of “she’s not in, she’ll call you when she gets back”. We honestly feel that we got better service from you than we did from the agent who was selling our house – despite the agent’s fee being about eight times yours.

There are not many other Solicitor's I know of who allow mobile, home and after hours numbers to be given to every client. Although this courtesy should not be abused and was not necessary in our dealings, it does provide re-assurance to know someone is available at all times.
